The importance of copper in global industry is undeniable and growing. Due to its wide range of industrial applications, copper waste is a valuable raw material whose price directly depends on its quality and chemical composition. The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) classifies copper waste into five main gNOVITERA’s mission is to be a reliable and professional partner, providing the highest quality services tailored to the specific needs of our customers. We pursue this mission by continuously improving our work processes and investing in the development of our team’s skills. It is important for us not only to grow ourselves, but also to share our accumulated knowledge with clients, partners, the business community and academic circles.

This fall, our processing managers Viktoras Čičasovas and Ruslanas Novikovas, together with OLIMPUS ANI product specialist for the Baltic countries Lina Baibokienė, improved their negotiation skills at the #DERYBOS2024 conference. It was an exceptional experience to hear strategic insights directly from one of the world’s top negotiation experts, Keld Jensen.

In order to keep up with modern innovations and the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, this year we not only implemented new tools internally, but also enhanced our professional skills at the Data Driven Marketing conference organized by LIMA and the Lithuanian Business Forum. Our Marketing Manager, Jurgita Milaknytė-Ragelė, shared her insights: “These events helped us to deepen our knowledge about the use of customer data and innovative business management solutions. To improve our work efficiency, speed of decision making and quality of customer service, we need to stay ahead of these technological advancements.”
