On September 13th, NOVITERA team members participated in an autumn retreat that offered unique professional growth opportunities through unconventional activities such as clay pigeon shooting and fishing. This event provided not only a refreshing break from the daily routines but also a platform for acquiring valuable skills hat can be applied to the workplace.
The clay pigeon shooting exercise demanded focus, quick reflexes, and precise movement prediction—skills closely related to effective decision-making in a professional context. In contrast, the fishing activity fostered patience and strategic thinking.
