On May 15, 2025, NOVITERA held a fire safety training session designed not only to meet legal requirements, but also to equip our team with practical, potentially life-saving skills.
In line with national regulations, the program covered essential topics: fire safety legislation, evacuation planning, emergency response actions, and electrical fire hazards. Special emphasis was placed on hands-on experience—many participants, for the first time, had the opportunity to use a fire extinguisher to put out live flames and practice fire suppression using a fire blanket.
Participants highlighted how much they learned—from understanding how fires spread and how smoke carries danger, to recognizing when it’s safe to help others and when it’s critical to step back and let professionals take over. These are not just technical skills—they’re tools that empower people to act confidently and stay calm when it matters most.
