NOVITERA strengthens its connection with youth: actively participating in KTU events and welcoming future talent
At NOVITERA, we believe that a successful career begins with the first steps—real tasks, real projects, and real interaction with the business environment. Many of our current specialists began their journey right after graduation and now hold responsible or even leadership roles. This demonstrates that nurturing young talent is a consistent and purposeful part of NOVITERA’s long-term strategy.
In November and December, the NOVITERA team participated in two Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) events that brought together students and industry representatives. These initiatives helped young people understand real work processes and explore career opportunities, while companies were able to connect with motivated interns and potential future employees.
Internship Day at KTU Faculty of Economics and Business: a step from theory to real experience
The Internship Day at the KTU Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) has become a well-established event where students meet employers and gain a clearer understanding of the skills required in today’s job market. The faculty dean opened the event by emphasizing the importance of cooperation between academia and business. Throughout the day, students took part in meetings, discussions, and an internship fair.
NOVITERA was represented by Export Manager Ruslanas Novikovas, who shared his insights on the program’s value:
“The ‘Sparnai’ Export Leaders Programme is an excellent example of an initiative that gives young people real opportunities to enter the job market, gain practical experience, and learn about business and export processes. It’s inspiring to see young people receiving attention, meaningful work opportunities, and skill-building experiences that support the growth of both students and Lithuanian companies.”

Partner Days at KTU Faculty of Chemical Technology: exploring laboratory practice and real-world processes
The Partner Days 2025 event at the KTU Faculty of Chemical Technology (FCT) brought together an active community of students and companies. Held on December 4, 2025, the event allowed students to gain a closer look at real professional processes, understand the competencies employers value today, and learn about internship opportunities available to those studying chemical technologies.
NOVITERA was represented by the entire laboratory team, and analytical chemist Ieva Petrikytė-Valionienė shared her experience:
“We have prepared a practical assignment, and I’m confident it will be completed by one of the motivated students I met at the event. Meeting with students helped us better understand what kind of people may become our colleagues in the coming years.”
Students were introduced to precious metals analysis workflows, laboratory equipment, XRF and ICP technologies, and the competencies required for internships in this field. The event encouraged them to explore real-world internship opportunities more confidently, understand the importance of sustainable technologies, and evaluate their own professional potential.

NOVITERA — a place where future professionals grow
NOVITERA will continue to take an active role in youth development initiatives, inviting students to challenge themselves in a real work environment, gain valuable experience, and begin their professional journey with us.
We are always happy to welcome young talent to join our team, complete an internship, or take their first steps in their careers.
