On February 6, the NOVITERA team participated in the “Sales Professionals’ Day 2025” training. We believe that sales are not just about numbers but, above all, about relationships and mutual understanding.
📌 This training was not only an opportunity for personal growth but also a chance to better understand our clients’ needs and expectations. True value is created when we take the time to listen—both at work and in our personal lives.
🚀 We discovered that our strengths can sometimes be found in what we perceive as weaknesses. Growth begins with taking responsibility, staying consistent, and preparing for different scenarios. Each of us has unique strengths—the key is to recognize and use them effectively.
🌍 The event provided valuable insights not only from Lithuanian experts but also from renowned international sales professionals. Andy Bounds, Ari Galper, and Ian Mills shared their expertise on the evolving global sales landscape and the essential leadership and communication skills needed today. Their perspectives gave us a broader understanding of both local and international sales dynamics.
