We believe that sales are not just about numbers but, above all, about relationships and mutual understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>This training was not only an opportunity for personal growth but also a chance to better understand our clients\u2019 needs and expectations.<\/strong> True value is created when we take the time to listen\u2014both at work and in our personal lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\ude80 <strong>We discovered that our strengths can sometimes be found in what we perceive as weaknesses.<\/strong> Growth begins with taking responsibility, staying consistent, and preparing for different scenarios. Each of us has unique strengths\u2014the key is to recognize and use them effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf0d The event provided valuable insights not only from Lithuanian experts but also from renowned international sales professionals. <strong>Andy Bounds, Ari Galper, and Ian Mills<\/strong> shared their expertise on the evolving global sales landscape and the essential leadership and communication skills needed today. Their perspectives gave us a broader understanding of both local and international sales dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd0d <strong>What motivates you the most?<\/strong> Is it earning your clients\u2019 trust? Building long-term relationships? Or perhaps continuous growth and learning?
