We are pleased to share great news \u2014 our colleague <strong>Gerda Baltra\u0161i\u016bnait\u0117 achieved the highest score in the expert category<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerda received a valuable prize and a diploma established by the exam organizers and the Green Policy Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competence Built on Knowledge and Consistency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI have participated in the National Environmental Exam for three consecutive years. Working in this field, it is a great opportunity to test and deepen my expertise. Achieving the top result in the expert category was unexpected, but truly rewarding. I believe that environmental awareness begins with knowledge and personal responsibility for our surroundings. This exam is a meaningful initiative that encourages interest in environmental issues and contributes to building a more sustainable future,\u201d says Gerda.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Congratulations to Gerda \u2014 and pride in our entire team!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Environmental Exam included competition across several categories, and a number of other Novitera colleagues also took part. We sincerely thank everyone \u2014 your engagement and interest in environmental topics show that sustainability for us is not just words, but everyday practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a metal recycling company, Novitera actively contributes to the circular economy and environmental solutions.
